Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Vedic Empowered Life Sanctuary ("VELS," "the Sanctuary," "we," "us"), generating a chart, purchasing a Sacred Blueprint Pack, or using the Vedic Empowered Life Assistant ("VELA"), you ("Seeker," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use VELS.

These Terms are provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("the Company"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

The Sanctuary provides computer-generated Vedic astrological chart calculations, AI-synthesized interpretive reports, a conversational assistant ("VELA"), and compatibility/synastry matching, delivered as informational and spiritual-wellness content. A limited free Sample Preview is available to every Seeker without purchase.

3. Sacred Blueprint Packs — Purchases & Entitlements

The Sanctuary is sold as one-time purchase Packs, not a recurring subscription. Each Pack grants a bundle of consumable Report Credits and VELA Chat Tokens, plus a permanent feature unlock for its tier, as follows:

Report Credits are consumed only when a new Full or Condensed report is freshly generated — re-downloading a report already generated for you does not consume an additional credit. VELA Chat Tokens are consumed per message sent (a flat cost, with a modest surcharge for unusually long messages), and your balance may run to a small negative grace amount before further messages require recharging.

A permanent feature unlock (e.g. synastry access) is never revoked, even after your Report Credits or Chat Tokens are fully consumed — only the ability to spend further credits/tokens is paused until you purchase ("recharge") any Pack again. Purchasing a higher Pack while you already hold a lower one charges only the price difference and tops your balances up to that higher Pack's totals; it never charges you twice for the same tier.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time; the price in effect at the moment you complete a purchase is the price you pay for that transaction.

5. Refund Policy

Because each Pack purchase immediately grants a permanent feature unlock and consumable balances that can be used right away, Packs are non-refundable once any Report Credit or Chat Token from that purchase has been consumed, or once a Full/Condensed report has been generated using it.

If you purchased a Pack and have not used any part of it, you may request a refund within [REFUND WINDOW — e.g. 48-72 hours] of purchase by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Refund requests outside this window, or for any already-consumed credits, tokens, or generated reports, will not be honored.

6. Your Data & Account

To generate your chart and reports, we collect your name, email, birth date, birth time, and birth location. Sensitive profile fields are encrypted at rest. Your data is used to compute and store your astrological chart, generate reports, power VELA's conversational context, and administer your Pack balances.

Sanctuary administrators have the ability to view your account's entitlement state (Report Credits, Chat Tokens, permanent tier) and may, at your request or for support purposes, manually adjust or reset that state. This does not affect your underlying birth chart or CRM profile data.

7. Affiliate Ambassador Program

Approved Ambassadors earn a commission on Pack purchases made by Seekers they refer, calculated only on converted referrals — a referred Seeker who has actually completed a purchase, not merely clicked a link or registered. Your commission rate rises with your Ambassador Rank, determined by your cumulative converted-referral count:

Commissions are credited to your Ambassador wallet as pending, and become available for withdrawal according to the Sanctuary's standard payout schedule. Rank thresholds and commission rates may be adjusted by the Sanctuary from time to time; changes apply prospectively to future commissions, not retroactively to commissions already earned.

8. AI-Generated Content

Your reports and VELA's conversational responses are synthesized by large language model AI systems, grounded in your calculated chart data. While we strive for accuracy and traditional fidelity, AI-generated interpretive content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or stylistic inconsistencies. Interpretive content is provided "as is," for reflection and guidance, and should not be treated as infallible or as a substitute for your own judgment.

9. Not Professional Advice

Astrological alignments indicate systemic tendencies, vulnerability, and timing; they do not dictate absolute destiny, and we reject all forms of astrological fatalism. We strictly avoid absolute predictions of death, severe disease, or catastrophic misfortune.

Nothing provided by the Sanctuary — including chart interpretations, wellness/Ayurvedic guidance, or VELA's responses — constitutes professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters of health, law, or finance.

10. Intellectual Property

The Sanctuary's platform, methodology, branding, and compiled report formatting are the property of the Company. Your generated chart and report content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; you may not resell, redistribute, or use them to build a competing service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sanctuary, or from decisions made in reliance on any chart, report, or VELA response. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pack giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Sanctuary for any account found to be abusing the platform, attempting to circumvent Pack entitlement checks, or violating these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of already-consumed Report Credits, Chat Tokens, or feature unlocks.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Sanctuary after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
