How the balances work
Report credits are spent when a new report is generated — a full Cosmic Blueprint is 1 credit, a 1-on-1 synastry match is 2 (it analyses two charts). This is why Growth starts you with 3: one for your own Blueprint and two for a synastry match. Re-downloading a report you already have never costs another credit.
VELA chat tokens are spent per message you send to VELA — a token is not the same as a message: most questions cost around 15 tokens, with more for unusually long or complex ones. Every plan includes a starting balance — 200 on Starter, 600 on Growth, 1,500 on Family, 3,000 on Executive — and you can top up any time.
The permanent unlock never expires. Once a plan gives you synastry access or an extra profile slot, that stays — even at a zero balance. Only spending further credits pauses until you recharge with any plan or top-up.
Synastry pairing size. Starter, Growth and Family only ever run a 1-on-1 synastry — a Guna Milan match between two individuals (on Family, that pairing is you and your spouse). Group synastry — one match run across a team of 3, 4 or 5 people, every pair scored — is exclusive to Executive.
